Shipping & Returns

Printing and Shipping Times

We dispatch the majority of our orders within 48 hours of being placed, though bulk orders may take longer. Please note that seasonal periods can also extend dispatch times.
 

Orders containing cake toppers and larger items are dispatched free via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for peace of mind. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout depending on how quickly you need your order.
 

Orders containing bookmarks, keyrings, and other small items are dispatched free via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Shipping upgrades are also available at checkout if you need faster delivery.
 

We cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, so we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery, please choose the option: “Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm.”
 

You can find the delivery options under the “Postage and Payment” button. Please make sure to select your preferred option before completing payment.

Guaranteed Next Day By 1pm

Royal Mail aims to deliver 'Guaranteed by 1pm next working day', this does not include Saturdays.
We are unable to offer 'Next day Guaranteed delivery by 1pm' for a Saturday.  This is due to the majority of our Personalised Products taking 3+ hours to print, Royal Mail Collection & Drop Off Deadline is 11:30am Week Days. 
 

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday by 1pm. Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11am with Guaranteed next day by 1pm, we will endeavour to ship the same day.  After 11am orders will be shipped the following day unless we state otherwise, this will depend on how busy we are.



1st Class Standard Shipping ~ Royal Mail aim to deliver next working days.

2nd Class Standard Shipping ~ Royal mail aims to deliver the 1-3 working days.

  • Any Tracking Number provided, with all Standard post, will NOT work, despite issuing one when purchasing a shipping label. (bonkers???!) 
  • However we are notified when an order has been received.

You must allow 10 working days from the Royal Mail expected delivery date, before we can make a claim with Royal Mail and either refund in full or resend the item at no cost to you.
